REMINDER: SIGN-UP FOR DIRECT DEPOSIT
For those of you who are still receiving pay cheques via Canada Post, we strongly encourage you to sign-up for direct deposit.
How to sign-up?
Please fill out the Payroll direct deposit form and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Have you changed banks recently? If so, you can use the same form to update your banking information.
Why is switching to direct deposit important?
With the unfolding of COVID-19, there may be delays with Canada Post. To ensure you receive your pay cheque as soon, please sign-up for direct deposit. Direct deposit is convenient, reliable, secure and provides the following benefits:
No more concerns over late delivery of your pay cheque due to postal strikes, system failures or the community impact of COVID-19.
Whether you are sick or on holidays, your pay will be deposited directly into your bank account.
No need to worry about lost or damaged cheques.
