Working Remotely During COVID-19

Remote access capacity has been increased and IMITS is provisioning remote access in priority order starting with those that have been escalated.  You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been completed.

 It is important to note that the capacity of the VCH/PHC Remote Access Environment is based on concurrent usage. To preserve resources for others, accessing any systems through the Citrix Storefront should be limited to when you are absolutely required to do so.
