Grade 9 students from York School in Vancouver, BC, have been working with their Applied Design Skills and Technology teacher, Mr. Reimer, to design a workbook for our residents and patients  at Providence Health Care to brighten their day during COVID-19. The students worked on the project in consultation with Beth Burton, Director, Mission Services.

On Wednesday, May 13, the class presented to a handful of Providence Health Care staff — outlining the purpose of the activity books and the inspiration behind them.

A large thank you to the class at York House for all your efforts.

Special thanks to the PHC staff who were involved in listening to the presentation and providing feedback.
