Choose foods, in moderation, that help reduce stress: dark chocolate (YAY!), bananas and nuts…and drink plenty of water. There is no discounting the fact that we are living and working in stressful times right now. When working long hours, there is a tendency to grab food on the go. As you’re ‘grabbing’, reach for foods that are proven to help us manage stress instead of adding to it. This medically reviewed article suggests dark chocolate and nuts (in moderation) as well as bananas and water should be high on your lists these days:
