UPDATED: Q&A ON RESTARTING PATIENT AND CLIENT SERVICES AT PHC
On May 19, Providence started increasing surgical capacity at our hospitals and restarted elective surgeries so patients have access to the care they need. Understandably, there have been many questions from PHC people about the “restart” process. To help provide clarity, we’ve updated our restart Q&A page with more questions and answers. Here, you’ll find questions that were submitted at the May 13 PHC All-Staff Virtual Town Hall (in case you missed it, you can still watch the webcast playback) as well as questions that have come up over the past week.
